'A portrait a week of my children, once a week, every week, in 2015'

So late in getting this up!  And so much more to share about this experience.  Soren was a Flower boy for the last May Festival Concert May 30, 2015.  He was so brave and helpful AND SOOO patient.  Videos and more pics coming soon!  The tux was too much for this momma.  Yes - he's wearing Chuck Taylors to accompany the black and white of the tuxedo.  #stylin' #chucksntux

I am late in getting this up, but I took this last week after our first really good Spring rain.  The first without thunder and warmth for Soren to make a muddy, splashing mess.  I look forward to this every year.  Needless to say, these are some of my most favorite moments to catch.  The green of spring and Soren's energy are priceless.

t was a tough choice this week for pics, but I absolutely adore the genuine nature of this one.  He could not be happier and prouder in this moment.  Flying kites with Grandma.  His expressions, his energy - priceless.  Hello summer!

Around Here - Weekend with Grandma

I think these photos speak for themselves.

This past week was hyped to be a lot busier than it ended up, although still a full 50 hour week - Mom (as usual) came to the rescue so I could attend dress rehearsals and record shows knowing Soren was with one of his doting buds.  Watching these two is such a gift.

Between May Festival Rehearsals, Concerts, Broadcasts and wrapping up a record - we got some sunshine at Lunken Playfield flying kites, playing tag at the playground, munching Street Pops and watering flowers in the backyard.

Oh!  And intense games of Scrabble....

And a righteous mama - daughter date to Terry's Turf Club (sadly - no burgers since the power went out), then Arthurs (Greek burger - YUM!) and darts at Haps. Both of us crashing before 11:30pm.  #motherhoodrules

Thanks mom, xoxo

Soren's last day of school is next week.  Only two more days left.... Watching him grow this year has been incredible.  Bitter sweet, it goes so fast but is such a gift.  Montessori has been an incredible experience, we look forward to next year and a righteous summer!
